?How can I exchange or return an item I purchased

Replacement or return of a product purchased on the site can be done within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment

If you have used one of these items (tattoo machine / power supply) and encounter a problem within the warranty period specified in the warranty certificate, contact the manufacturer directly, indicate the problem and wait for the manufacturer's instructions for further treatment

These terms are valid for return by mail, and also for return or exchange at the head office. The item is returned via courier or Israel Post and free of charge up to 14 days from the day it arrives to you. Please note that delivery via Israel Post takes up to 14 additional business days. As soon as the item arrives to us and is inspected by the Tattoo Fix Care team, we will send an email updating on the credit of your means of payment.
