Delivery arrives with a courier the day after the purchase, and in a range of up to seven business days depending on the area of ​​residence (business days are weekdays Sunday - Thursday and do not include weekends, holidays. If you order by courier to your house, our couriers work between the hours of 08: 00-17: 00: We recommend at the ordering stage that you indicate the shipping address where you are available during the day. As stated - in practice we will make every effort to provide you with the order as soon as possible

?How can I exchange or return an item I purchased

Replacement or return of a product purchased on the site can be done within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment

Note: Only unused items can be returned or replaced when the label they came with is attached or in their original box. Please note that tattoo machines and power supplies have a manufacturer's warranty. When purchasing, please make sure you have received the warranty certificate with model number

If you have used one of these items (tattoo machine / power supply) and encounter a problem within the warranty period specified in the warranty certificate, contact the manufacturer directly, indicate the problem and wait for the manufacturer's instructions for further treatment

These terms are valid for return by mail, and also for return or exchange at the head office. The item is returned via courier or Israel Post and free of charge up to 14 days from the day it arrives to you. Please note that delivery via Israel Post takes up to 14 additional business days. As soon as the item arrives to us and is inspected by the Tattoo Fix Care team, we will send an email updating on the credit of your means of payment. Please note that when returning, it is recommended to use the box or the original bag in which the item was sent
